We guarantee that all flowers delivered by Flowers Haringey will be fresh on arrival and remain vibrant for a minimum of 5 days when cared for according to our guidelines. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers, please let us know within this freshness window.

Damaged-on-Arrival Policy

While we take every care in preparing and delivering your flowers in Haringey, occasional mishaps can occur during transit. Should your order arrive damaged or not in the exceptional condition you expect, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep the flowers and, if possible, take a photo of the damage. This helps us to assess the situation swiftly and make things right for you.

• Free Replacement: We will arrange for a fresh replacement to be sent out to you or to the recipient at the earliest convenient time.
• Alternative Arrangement: In some cases, we may offer you a credit note or a suitable alternative bouquet that meets your requirements.

How to Make a Complaint
